I love the high waisted band on these athletic shorts.  It is very flattering.  These shorts are very comfortable yet run small, I would size up.  I feel that the small runs 0-2. Medium 2-4.  Large 4-6.  I dress these up with a cute tank or down for the gym.  Regardless you will want to live in these shorts!
